Must have experience of two life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations5+years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the best business practices and impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Talent Management as a solution.Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Goal & Performance, Succession Planning, Talent Pool, Talent Review Meeting, Career Development & Profile ManagementSupport the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-liveSupporting data migration activitiesAssist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutionsAbility to create functional design documentsProvide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skillsCommitted to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
